- Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being venue or show time).
- All visitors will receive a confirmation email with details of how to print tickets online within two hours of purchasing.
- All tickets can be printed at the time of purchase.
- Tickets will not be posted.
- Customers can contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org if they experience any problems printing tickets.
